ARNSW (WIA NSW Div) - Annual General Meeting
   As per the announcement by Norm Partridge VK2TOP (ARNSW President) the AGM will be held on Saturday 12th April 2008 at the Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club around 10am.
  Nomination forms are available upon request by phoning the office on 02 9651 1490, via an email to vk2wi@ozimail.com.au or or by download from this site.
  A set of forms for the AGM (includes a Notice to Candidates, Nomination Form and Scrutineer Application Form) all in a single PDF file are available HERE . Just print out the forms you require and send to our Post Box by the due date, addressed as follows:

Please Note:
(!)     Items of this nature can only be accepted if correctly proposed and seconded by financial members. Renewals of membership will not be accepted on the day. It is your responsibility to check your financial status. Reminder notices have been sent for January, February and March with April renewals being posted next week so plenty of time to pay has been given.
(2)   Original signed paperwork is required – electronic copies are not accepted. Please DO NOT email or FAX them.
