Hellenic Amateur Radio Association
(HARAOA)
 The
HARAOA's Club House is located in the downstairs boardroom at the
St.George Sailing Club, 2 Riverside Dr, Sans Souci, meetings are held on
the second Tuesday of each month at 8pm. Hams and prospective new hams are
invited to attend the club to participate in the club’s
activities.
The club is after
donations of any equipment you might not be using and would like to
donate. They will be using this equipment to start off the club station.
They would very much appreciate any radios, mics, tuners, amps, antennas,
cables and magazines. Anything at all would help the club set up its own
station and they are happy to pick
up.
An update on the club
DX'Pedition to Norfolk Island using the clubs’ VK9AAA call sign is that
the equipment is starting to arrive prior to it being shipped over to the
South Pacific island. They also want to let you know they are looking for
any donations to help with this expensive event. This can be done direct
on their VK9AAA website. All donations are very much appreciated and each
donation can be viewed by name and call sign on the site. There is still
room if you would like to join the team of 9 operators so let us know.
