• FOUNDATION LICENCE COURSE / ASSESSMENT (Waverley Amateur Radio Society)
  The Society advises that they are running regular Foundation Licence assessments. 

• Training weekends provide the opportunity for those new to amateur radio to obtain a foundation licence over a single weekend and for others to be examined for higher grades. The next course is planned for 13th and 14th February 2010. Anyone interested in attending, whether a member or not, should email the club as follows:

• Foundation Licenses
  The new Amateur Radio Licensing structure is now in place. This means that the new Foundation License is also now available. The club has Invigilators AND WIA assessors for the Foundation License, so we can get you on your way if you are interested in giving it a go.

• The Club will be holding regular Foundation License courses usually at the First Blaxland Scout Hall in Reading Street Glenbrook.

Central Coast Amateur Radio Club

• FOUNDATION LICENCE COURSE / ASSESSMENT (CCARC)

The Hunter Radio Group

• FOUNDATION LICENCE COURSE / ASSESSMENT ( HRG )
  The Group will be holding a foundation licence course and assessments on the weekend of the 23 - 24th June at 9.00 AM.
  The venue for the assessments is the Print Makers Workshop, 27 Popran St Adamstown 2289.

• The Foundation Licence course will consist of a theory and practical tutorial day on Saturday and assessments on Sunday. To assist you in achieving a positive result, it is suggested that you obtain a copy of the foundation manual ASAP from the Hunter Radio Group or the WIA and start your study program before the assessments. This will make the process easier for all concerned. The group will also be having a sausage sizzle for lunch both days.

• Some places will be available for candidates wanting to upgrade from foundation licences to standard or advanced licences and the group will be having a sausage sizzle on both days for lunch.
